In a major radio interview with USA Radio News Network, international Christian broadcaster, Earl Cox, reaffirmed his position regarding moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. Cox said,
“It is absolutely essential that President-Elect Trump move expeditiously in relocating the U.S. Embassy in Israel to its rightful place in Jerusalem.”
Cox went on to say,
“I am confident that President-Elect Trump will put people in place with knowledge on Middle East matters who can put minutia aside and immediately start the process.”
Cox said he is hopeful that Mr. Trump will put the embassy move on his agenda as one of the first things to accomplish in order to fulfill his promise to those who supported him.
“It is incumbent upon Mr. Trump to not only fulfill his promise to the millions who voted for him but to also demonstrate to the international community that America will stand with our only ally in the Middle East, Israel, which will be in the best interest not only of Israel but also of America. Israel is on the front lines for America and America should be on the front lines for Israel. This will, I am certain, be demonstrated when Mr. Trump puts his pen to the document making this move the first of his priorities.”
Cox said he believes it would be wise to invite other nations to join the United States in moving their embassies to Jerusalem too, once and for all, recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
